Chapman Hill

At Chapman Hill we pick and press each variety separately providing you with the opportunity to experience the distinctive properties of the three magnificent individual olive varieties we grow.

The olive grove was established in 1999 with a planting of olive trees of Italian and Australian origin. This eight hectare grove is situated on the ironstone slopes of Chapman Hill. Elevated 300 metres, the grove aspect takes full advantage of the cold winters and long, warm, dry summers required to produce high quality, fruity oils.
